Found this document via Alex Haxeltine, one of the co-authors of the 1996 IBIS paper - social innovator linked to University of East Anglia where initial Climate Research Center was set up. The program was funded by the EU for four years and closed up in 2017. Pretty open statement about plans for social transformation including alternative community relationships and currency types - including time-banking.
Where it fits in - Haxeltine/Ibis - East Anglia/Cimate/Earlham
If you click through and scroll down - it’s interesting their decision to graphically convey some sort of metabolic function as a process of social transformation. There is a whole series of diagrams. It’s unsettling to me. Also the wave forms on either side. @jenlake@Stephers@leohttp://www.transitsocialinnovation.eu/
